To meet the requirements of ISTD-6200, Service Life Reevaluations, at your station,
1) Is the documentation of the re-evaluation performed completed prior to the re-start from the refueling outage?
2) How is the re-evaluation documented and maintained (i.e., ST, CAP, Engineering Eval…)?
3) Does you station have a time-frame (i.e., with 30, 60, 90, days of the completion of the outage, to perform and complete the Service Life evaluation?
